September 21, 2016: On Sunday August 8, 2010 the Council sponsored a parish reception to send off Clark Sample (pictured 2010) as he began his journey towards ordination. Throughout those 6 years our Council has sponsored Clark financially and supported him spiritually.

Happily Clark became Father Clark this past June 4th when he was ordained here in Houston at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.

He will be completing studies at Pontifical North American College, Rome, Italy.
