The new, limited-edition 174-piece pack, which retails at just $49.99 (£32.72), includes all the bricks needed to build Father Leopold, his altar, lectern, tabernacle, ambo, and presiding chair.
The kits, created by U.S. firm Domestic Church Supply Company, also include a chalice, hosts and lavabo dishes - in which the priest washes his hands during the course of a Mass.
Children can dress up the priest in a Roman collar and choose vestments in four colours – purple for Advent and Lent, white for feast days like Christmas and Easter, red for martyrs’ feast days and green for Mass in ‘ordinary time’.
It comes with a 28-page instruction guide to build everything inside the church except for the congregation, although this is not a reflection of declining Mass attendance.
The product is not endorsed by the Lego group but - in common with authentic Lego products - the priest and his church are proving to be hugely marketable.
