1/18/17: According to the Guttmacher Institute abortions in America have dropped to the lowest level since 1974, the year following Roe v. Wade. In the years 2011-2014 abortions decreased in the country by 3-6% per year. Hawaii led the nation with a reduction of 33%, and Texas followed with a reduction of 28%.
